采用流延成型法制备透明氧化铝陶瓷坯片,然后在氢气保护的高温电炉中烧结制备出性能优良的透明氧化铝陶瓷。系统研究了排胶升温速率、固相含量、烧结助剂等工艺参数对透明氧化铝陶瓷烧结性能的影响。分别采用高温综合热分析仪、扫描电子显微镜和紫外一可见分光光度计测试差示扫描量一热重曲线、SEM图和总透光率。实验结果表明:排胶升温速率1℃/min;固相含量55vol.%;烧结助剂MgCNO3)2、Y(NO3)3、La(NO3)3配比为5M+3Y+3L时可制备出总透光率为73.5%的透明氧化铝陶瓷。
Transparent Al2O3 green bodies prepared by tape casting method were sintered in high temperature electric furnace in H2 to prepare transparent Al2O3 ceramic with excellent property. The influence of process parameters such as glue elimination heating rates, solid content and sintering aids on the sintering property of transparent Al2O3 ceramic was researched. High temperature comprehensive thermal analyzer, scanning electron microscope and uv-vis spectrophotometer were used to test DSC-TG curves, SEM images and total transmittance, respectively. The results show that transparent A1203 ceramic with total transmittance of 73.5% was prepared with glue elimination heating rates of 1 ℃/min, solid content of 55vol% and sintering aids ratio of Mg(NO3)2 : Y (NO3)3: La(NO3)3=5:3:3.
