地理信息公共服务平台(以下简称公共平台)是推进地理信息资源共建共享和转变地理信息服务方式的基础平台。针对地理标记语言(GML)在描述、存储、传输、解析地理信息数据方面较强的可理解性,该文提出以GML数据层、GML服务器为支撑的4层技术架构的通用型地理信息公共服务平台。重点研究其逻辑模型、总体架构、服务层设计,阐述了GML服务器与公共平台的关系,最后以数字驻马店为例验证了该公共平台设计的可行性。
The geographical information public service platform is the fundamental for obtaining and sharing geographical information resource and changing the service mode of geographical information. In view of geography markup language (GML) has strong intelligibility to describe, store, transport and an- alyze the geographical information, the universal geographical information public service platform with four-layer system structure was put forward based on GML data layer and GML server. The logic model, integral structure and service layer designing were studied; the relationship between GML server and the public platform was described. Finally, the feasibility of the platform was verified through the digital city construction of Zhumadian city.
