The sensitivity analysis on the DEA-DA model with L-R fuzzy numbers （FDEA-DA model） was discussed according to the two-stage procedure of DEA-DA. We presented the sufficient conditions for the discriminant result of FDEA-DA model being invariable on new decision making units increasing. We also deduced the conditions that the increased decision making units will satisfy for the discriminant result keeping invariable and the optimal solution being consistent before and after increasing decision making units.
