In order to rely the demands for collaboration technology in information society, current situation of CSCW research both in domestic and abroad was analyzed, CSCW should take a synthetic methodology which combines technological, social and economics plane for research and developing applications. The most important and necessary factors for facilitating the evolution and innovation of CSCW research are better understanding of requirements, powerful and appropriate technical support and feasible business model.
