为实现焊接热源模型参数求解中熔池形状提取的自动化,针对现有方法存在的问题,根据有限单元法及计算机图形学相关理论。提出基于温度等值线熔池形状的提取技术,推导了该技术的理论公式,列出了熔深、熔宽的提取步骤。并将ANSYS显示的熔池边界与提取的熔池边界进行了对比。经理论分析及实例验证表明:该技术在保证提取的熔深、熔宽具有足够精度的前提下,既能避免单元数目过大,又可满足焊接热源模型参数程序化求解的要求。
To automatically extract the molten pool shape in the solution of parameters of welding heat source model, according to the finite element method and computer graphics related theory, an automatic extraction technology for molten pool was proposed based on the temperature contour and the problems of existing methods. Then, its theoretical formula was deduced, and the steps of extracting the width and depth of the molten pool were listed. Meanwhile, the molten pool shape displayed by ANSYS was compared with the one extracted by the proposed technology. The theoretical analysis and example verification indicate that: under the premise of guaranteeing sufficient accuracy of the width and depth of molten pool, the proposed technology can not only avoid large numbers of elements, but also realize the programmable solution of parameters of welding heat source model.
