用纳米铁磁性颗粒胶合体制作界面层,用同一剂量高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)在该界面层下方不同深度定点辐照。结果显示:焦点上缘与声学界面重合时,HIFU所致焦斑/损伤点(lesion)的体积增大,说明声学界面能够提高治疗效率;当焦点距离界面层10mm时,焦点处HIFU所致焦斑/损伤点的大小和形态与对照组相似,而界面处出现另一较大的损伤点,此时界面对HIFU治疗的的安全性产生重大的影响;当焦点距离声波界面30mm时,焦点处HIFU所致焦斑/损伤点的大小和形态与对照组相似。随着界面层厚度的减小,治疗安全区域不断扩大,增效作用降低。
Acoustic interface layer is simulated by the magnetic nano-particles in the gal phantom.The gal phantom is exposed under the condition of the same dosage of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) which blows this acoustic interface at different depth,and the results show that the volume of lesion enlarges when the edge of the focus overlaps with the interface layer.It means that the magnetic nano-particles can enhance the therapeutic efficacy of HIFU when the lesion is close to the interface layer.At the target region,the size and shape of the lesion are similar to the control group when the distance of AFR from the interface layer is 10mm.However,a large lesion is shown at the interface,and it is diminished with reducing the thickness of the interface layer,and meantime the safety therapy region is enlarged.
