为了定量地研究积分球出光孔亮度衰减情况与出光孔直径尺寸变化的关系,设计一套测试实验系统,用单反相机对积分球不同尺寸出光孔进行图像采集。然后通过对理想积分球及漫反射理论进行研究,并进行理论推导,得出积分球出光孔亮度衰减干扰因子FR。最后通过测试实验方法的研究,确定出一套切实可行的基于Matlab图像处理的测试实验方案,对采集到的图像分析,得出图像光斑直径方向正常灰度值的像素点数与光斑直径方向像素点数的比值FA。通过实际积分球实验测得的FA和实际积分球尺寸计算得到的FR数值比较分析,结果显示FA值均处在FR值的范围内,从而验证得出FR正确性。而FR的提出可以对积分球出光孔亮度的衰减进行定量的分析。
In order to research the relationship between light brightness attenuation and integrating sphere light hole diameter size, a set of test system is designed by using the SLR camera to get picture of integrating sphere light holes. Then based on research about the ideal integral ball and diffuse reflection theory, the theoretical derivation is carried on and the integrating sphere light holes brightness attenuation factor FR is concluded. In the end, through research of the testing experiment method, a set of feasible test scheme is identified based on Matlab image processing., By analysis of sampled images, it is concluded that the ratio FA of number of pixel points with normal gray value in image spot diameter direction to which in diameter direction. Through comparison between actual integral bali's FA measured by test experiment and actual integral bali's FR measured by size calculation, the result shows that the value of FA locates in the range of the value of FR, thus validating correctness of FR. The proposal of FR can do quantitative analysis for light brightness attenuation of integrating sphere light holes.
