通过对福建农村地区的调查,建立Logistic统计模型,从定量分析的角度探讨影响农村土地流转的相关因素。将农民土地转出意愿与土地转入意愿分别进行回归,探寻影响两种行为的不同因素。同时加入了反映当地自然与经济条件的地区变量,据此得出在统计意义上显著的影响因素。结果发现：影响农民土地转入和转出意愿的影响因素不尽相同：农民在进行转入土地决策时,主要考虑家庭的现实情况以及自身的人力资本状况;而影响土地转出决策的因素主要是农民的思想意识、在非农劳动力市场上的竞争优势及农业与非农岗位的相对可得性。

英文摘要：

Based on data collected from rural areas in Fujian Province, this paper uses Logistic regression model to find factors influencing farmland transferring activities in those areas. A model is used to test factors influencing farmer＇s inward transferring willingness and outward transferring willingness respective- ly. At the same time, the paper studies local factors which can reflect each region＇s physical and economical condition. By selecting main influencing factors according to their significance, we find different factors affecting farmland transferring willingness：When considering transferring in land, farmer takes family condition and his/her human capital level into account;As for transferring out land, influencing actors include： farmer＇s ideology,his/her competitiveness in the non-farm employment,as well as the relative access to non -farm employment.
