桑叶药用有经霜采收的要求,为研究桑叶经霜采收对传统功效清肺润燥的影响,本文采用小鼠氨水刺 激引咳、豚鼠电刺激引咳、大鼠气管毛细管排痰和小鼠气道酚红排泄等现代药理模型和实验方法研究经霜前后 桑叶对清肺润燥、镇咳祛痰作用的影响.结果表明,青桑叶和霜桑叶对浓氨水诱导小鼠咳嗽的镇咳作用强度R 值分别为1M. 85 ±3. I7和I56. 84 ± 11.72;对电刺激诱导的豚鼠咳嗽抑制率分别为24. 58 ±5. 38%和37. 68 ± 7.29%(P 〈0.05).呼吸振幅的抑制率分别为46.99 ±7.22%和54. 26 ±8.87% (P 〈0.05);霜桑叶可显著提高 大鼠4 h 内气道的排痰量( P 〈0. 01);青桑叶和霜桑叶对小鼠气道酚红分泌量的提高率分别为45.42 ±0.27% (P 〈0. 05)和97.96 ±0.52% ( P 〈 0. 01).研究表明霜桑叶的镇咳、祛痰效果优于青桑叶.
The harvest time of medicinal mulberry leaves was required after frost. To evaluate the effects of frost process on mulberry, traditional efficacy of clearing away lung-heat and moisturizing were studied. Ammonia stimulate mouse cough model, electrical stimulate guinea pig cough model, rat trachea capillary expectoation drainage experiment and mouse airway phenol red excretion experiment were used to study the effects on clearing away lung-heat and moisturiz-ing ,antitussive and expectorant of mulberry leaves before ( green mulberry leaves) and after frost ( frosted mulberry leav-es). The results showed that green mulberry leaves and frosted mulberry leaves inhibited the ammonia stimulate mouse cough with H value 134. 85 ± 3. 17 and 156. 84 ± 11.72 , respectively. The inhibition rate of cough were 24. 58 ± 5. 38% and 37. 68 ±7. 29% (P 〈0. 05),the inhibition rate of respiratory amplitude were 46. 99 ± 7. 22% and 54. 26 ± 8. 87% (P 〈 0. 05 ) respectively in guinea pig stimulated by electrical. Frosted mulberry leaves increased the amount of rat wea- sand expectoration drainage significantly in 4 hours (P 〈0. 01 ) . Mulberry leaves can improve the weasand of phenol red secretion in mice,the improvement rate of green mulberry leaves was 45. 42 ±0. 27% ( P 〈0. 05) and frosted mulberry leaves was 97. 96 ±0. 52% (P〈0. 01). Meanwhile, the results indicated that the effects of frosted mulberry leaves on antitussive and expectorant were better than that of green mulberry leaves.
