机电队员工的安全是煤矿安全稳定生产的一个重要组成部分。员工以尽职尽责的态度投入工作才能实现零事故、零工伤的安全目标。提高员工满意度可以促进员工认真积极工作,实现更安全稳定的生产。对晋煤集团长平机电队人员调度问题进行了研究。首先用三元组α/β/γ方法对问题进行了描述,充分考虑人员的行为特征,结合前景理论得出满意度函数。将人员调度问题描述为以人员满意度最大化为目标,并受到成本、劳动法规及班次等约束限制的优化调度问题,以此建立相应的数学模型;其次运用模拟植物生长算法实现模型求解;最后用实际案例进行了数值仿真。结果表明,该优化算法可行有效,目的明确,计算时间短,可满足实际需求。
This paper is aimed to optimize the personnel scheduling condition by taking the members of the mine's Shanxi Coal Changping Electrical Team as a case study. For this purpose,we have first of all analyzed the psychological needs of the employees on the basis of the objective need of the working posts based on the study of the human behavior inclinaations from the point of view of the behavioral science and the theory concerned,paying attention to their diligent attitudes towards their duty,in hoping to guarantee the production security goal with zero accidents and injuries. To heighten the investigation quality,we have first of all delivered a questionnaire and interview outline to analyze the behavioral pattern characteristic features and preferences of the working time of the staff members. And,secondly,we have also adopted the testing methods of employee satisfaction on the basis of the prospect theory and a triple of α / β / λ approach. At the same time,we have been trying to describe the staff scheduling as the optimal scheduling target with the objective of maximizing the staff satisfaction,which should be constrained by the labor cost,labor laws and the working shifts. In so doing,we have established the corresponding scheduling optimization model by using a plant growth simulation algorithm and a well-matched coding. Afterwards,we have optimized the staff-member scheduling sequence,so as to improve and satisfy the demands of the employees' needs as much as possible. And,finally,a numerical simulation has been conducted by using the actual cases and the case calculation results,which show that:( 1) the plant growth simulation algorithm convergence speed proves to be better efficient than the genetic algorithm;( 2) after optimizing the scheduling simulation version,we have arrived at the predetermined goal: an overall satisfaction has been gained for the most numbers in the team; the number of the team attributed to the class of very little satisfaction for their jobs has been greatly dec
