基于小铁心电流传感器LPCT和空心线圈原理的35 kV电子式电流互感器具有测量精度高、动态范围宽等优点,与传统的电磁式电流互感器相比有着明显的优势。文中分析了35 kV电子式电流互感器的测量用LPCT传感器和保护用PCB空心线圈电流传感器的工作原理及影响电子式电流互感器测量准确度的主要因素;采用有限元法对电子式电流互感器的电场进行仿真计算,优化了互感器的电场结构。在理论分析基础上,研制了一台35 kV电子式电流互感器,给出了准确度测试。测试结果表明,设计的35 kV电子式电流互感器符合GB/T 20840.8—2007要求,满足电力系统测量准确度0.2级和保护准确度5P要求。
The 35 kV electronic current transformer based on low power instrument transducer LPCT and air core coil has some performances such as high accuracy and wider dynamic range,in which it shows obvious advantages over the traditional current transformer of the inductive type.In this paper,the principle of the 35 kV electronic current transformer and the influence factors on the transformer's accuracy were analyzed in detail.And the electrical field of the electronic current transformer was simulated by a FEM and the electric field has been optimized.A 35 kV electronic current transformer has been developed and tested.The accuracy test results showed that the transformer could satisfy the requirement of GB/T 20840.8—2007 and the measurement accuracy could reach class 0.2/5P.
