合成回路是验证高压开关设备最重要的实验系统之一。传统的实验室合成回路系统主要由控制硬件通过按键来实现合成,按键步骤复杂,缺少一定的人机交互。该系统利用LabVIEW软件与PLC下位机通讯,实现了合成回路实验的软件控制平台。主要进行了通讯协议的构造、上位机软件平台的编写、下位机PLC程序的编写与修改等。在很大程度上优化了传统合成回路实验的操作系统,并提供了一个友好的控制界面。在此平台系统下进行了合成回路实验,实验结果很好地说明了控制平台的易操作性和优越性。

英文摘要:

Synthetic circuit is one of the most important experimental systems for testing high-voltage switch equipments.The traditional synthetic circuit experiment system achieves synthesizing mainly through controlling the hardware button,however its operation is complex,and is lack of human-machine interaction.In this study,a software control platform for the synthetic circuit experiment was established by making use of the communication between the software LabVIEW and PLC.The communication protocol was designed,the control platform of the host-computer was compiled,and the PLC program of the slave-computer was coded and amended.The proposed system largely optimizes the traditional synthetic circuit experiment system,and offers users a friendly control interface.A synthesis circuit experiment was conducted with this platform,and the result verifies its easy operation and other advantages.
