以多孔碳为载体,使用化学镀方法制备多孔钯,并对其工艺进行优化。考察了化学镀钯主要工艺参数氯化钯浓度、肼浓度和镀覆温度对沉积速度的影响,建立了化学镀钯沉积速度的动力学方程,对载体结构复杂的化学镀钯沉积过程的调节具有一定的参考价值。制备的多孔钯是一种新型功能材料,具有三维贯通的网状结构、孔隙率高,可用作负载型钯催化剂和氢气分离膜,具有广阔的应用前景和极高的实用性。
Palladium scaffolds were prepared by electroless plating using cellular carbon skeleton as support. Single factor method was used to investigate the effects of the main technical parameters, such as the concentrations of palladium chloride, hydrazine hydrate, and plating temperature, on the deposition rate in the electroless Pd plating process. The kinetic equation of palladium deposition was established, which has certain reference value for the process adjusting and product controlling of the palladium deposition on complex support. The prepared palladium scaffolds, with the interconnected three-dimensional network structure and high porosity, has an extensive application and practi- cality as supported palladium catalyst and membranes for hydrogen separation.
