提出了一种铣削加工中刀具轨迹的生成方法。该方法一方面能保证生成的刀具轨迹的光顺性,即轨迹曲线的曲率在设定范围之内,避免了走刀方向变化剧烈对表面质量的影响;另一方面,通过求解优化模型使得加工冗余量最小,进而提高加工效率。通过对一个较极端的例子的数值实验,验证了该方法的有效性。
A new tool path planning method for mill machining is presented in this paper,which can guarantee the tool path smooth,e.g.when the curvature of the tool path is kept in a suitable range,it can avoid the sharp moving direction alteration of tool,which affects the machining surface quality.Furthermore,redundant machining can be minimized via solving an optimization model,and the machining productivity and efficiency can be improved.The effectiveness of the method is verified via an extreme example.
