利用二次回归通用旋转设计方法建立了模具型腔精加工的表面粗糙度预测模型,分析了精加工中轴向切深、径向切深、每齿进给量、切削速度等加工参数对表面粗糙度的影响。并采用遗传算法实现了切削用量的优选,从而达到了在特定的条件下预测和控制模具型腔表面粗糙度的目的。
Based on factorial design and regression method,a surface roughness predictable model in mold cavity finishing was developed.Also,the effects of machining parameters,such as axial depth of cut,radial depth of cut,feed per-tooth and cutting speed,were analyzed.Using Genetic Algorithm,an optimal combination of cutting parameters was obtained.With the application of the surface roughness predictable model and Genetic Algorithm,it will allow to predict and control the surface quality of mold cavity finishing.
