为了探索改善刨花板力学性质的途径,采用全因素试验方法,对刨花板进行后期热处理。结果表明,在后期热处理过程中,时间对刨花板的静曲强度和弹性模量影响比较明显,而对内结合强度影响相对较弱,温度对刨花板的内结合强度影响明显,而对静曲强度和弹性模量影响不明显。在生产实践中,刨花板采用较低的温度进行后期热处理,才有望获得理想的效果。
Based on all the factors method, the PB was treated in dry oven in order to find the way to improve the mechanical properties of the PB. The results indicated that the time has a non-marked effect on the mechanical properties of the PB. The temperature has a significant effect on the IB of the PB, non-marked effect on the MOE and MOR. The PB should be treated based on low temperature in order to improve the mechanical properties of the PB.
