对市场随机购买的中密度纤维板(MDF)进行热处理,以期改善其力学性质。采用全因素试验方法,对影响MDF热处理效果的因子进行了分析。结果表明:热处理温度、时间,以及不同的生产厂家和产品厚度,对板材的主要力学性质指标可产生一定的影响。建议:当产品中的胶黏剂未完全固化时,可以采用热处理工艺以提高其内结合强度。
Small samples of medium density fiberboard were treated at various temperatures and durations in a dry oven. The mechanical properties of these samples were evaluated to examine the effect of the heat-treatment. The results showed that temperature has a significant effect on the modulus of rupture while duration exhibited considerable impact on internal bond and modulus of elasticity. It was observed that heat treatment could improve internal bond when the press time was not long enough to cure the binder.
