以2007—2013年沪深A股上市的重污染行业企业为样本,实证检验了环境规制、技术创新对不同企业转型模式的影响.研究结果表明,对行业内转型企业,技术创新、环境规制起推动转型作用,同时,技术创新增强了环境规制的影响;对扩张型转型企业,环境规制有促进作用,但技术创新对其并无影响,也不会改变环境规制对其的影响.研究结论对制订我国环境保护政策,加强企业技术创新,促进企业转型具有一定的指导意义.

It used 2007- 2013 Shenzhen and Shanghai A-share listed heavy-pollution enterprises as the sample, and examined the impact of environmental regulation and technological innovation on enterprise transformation modes. The results show that for the industrial transformation ones, both technological innovation and environmental regulation have the positive effect respectively. Meanwhile, the effect of environmental regulation will be enhanced by technological innovation; and for the expandable transformation ones, environmental regulation has a positive effect, but technological innovation has none, even it eompanied with environmental regulation. It has certain guiding significance for strengthening technological innovation, promoting enterprise restructuring, and the development of China＇s environmental protection policy.
