英文摘要：

To improve the reusebility and sharability of learning knowledge repositories through different learning management systems（LMSs）,based on analyzing the repository＇s construction and relationship among knowledge points,a new technological model based on knowledge point theories is presented.This model conforms to SCROM＇s syntax and extends some innovative semantics based on original model according to actual depicting needs.Aimed at some shortcomings of SCORM,the element ＂item＂is extended to adapt the sematic change and actual needs.At last,a brief example is given to verify the practicability about this model,which discussed the building method and standard describing mechanisms on learning knowledge repositories.
