结合太阳能接收器的工作条件,对用于组合式接收器的高温热管进行分析,探讨其应具有的关键参数.主要包括热管工质、管壳材料的选择以及吸液芯结构的确定等.通过分析工质的工作温度区、对热管传热极限的影响以及传输因数等因素,选取碱金属Na作为高温热管工质;通过比较各材料的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能以及抗氧化性能等参数,选取Haynes 230合金作为高温热管管壳材料;以孔隙率、渗透率和有效毛细半径为对象,基于吸液芯内的压力分析,选取WB 8/300型金属毡作为吸液芯结构的原材料.
The high temperature heat pipe used in combined solar power receiver was analyzed according to the working conditions of solar power receiver. The key parameters, mainly including selection of heat pipe working fluid and heat pipe shell material, determination of wick structure and so on were dis- cussed. The alkali metal sodium was selected as working fluid of the heat pipe by analyzing operating temperature range, influence on heat transfer limit and liquid transport factor. The Haynes 230 alloy was selected as heat pipe shell material according to comparison of mechanical properties, corrosion resistances and oxidation resistances of different materials. For porosity, permeability and effective pore radius aspects, the WB 8/300 felt metal was selected as raw material of the wick structure based on the pressure analysis in the wick.
