利用可调速四球机测试血液在不同转速及不同载荷条件下钢球平均磨痕直径的变化规律。试验表明,影响人体血液润滑性能的主要因素为:血液剪切非牛顿效应、温度非牛顿效应、动压效应及血液组分变化效应等。在低剪切范围,剪切非牛顿效应为主要影响因素,随着转速提高及载荷增大,动压效应与温度非牛顿效应逐渐成为主要影响因素。在高剪切及大载荷情况下,血液组分变化成为影响血液承载能力的主要因素。
An adjustable-speed four-ball machine was used to test the steel bail wear spot diameter variation laws under different load conditions and rotational speeds. The test indicates that the main factors that influence the lubricity of human blood are blood shear Newtonian effect, thermal non-Newtonian effect, dynamic pressure effect and blood constituent change effect. When the shear rate is low, the shear non- Newtonian effect is the main factor. As the rotational speed and load increase, the dynamic pressure effect and thermal non-Newtonian effect are the main factors. In the conditions of big shear rate and load, blood constituent change becomes the main factor.
