植入人体内的人工器官中存在着摩擦,摩擦不仅缩短了人工器官的寿命,而且摩擦产生的磨屑还会引起生物体的反应,并产生一系列并发症,这些摩擦问题属于生物摩擦学的研究范围。本文就近年来在人工心脏及人工关节减小摩擦方面取得研究成果,从生物摩擦学的角度进行分析和综述,并对其进行了展望。
The existence of friction in the artificial organs implanted in human bodies shortens their service life, and the worn debris produced by the friction causes many complications that induce pain in patients. This paper analyzes the tribological problems existing in the reduction of friction in an artificial heart and an artificial joint, reviews the developments in the fields of biotribology and artificial organs and puts forward some suggestions and prospects for further research.
