高压条件下界面滑移长度的定量测量

采用光干涉技术对高压条件下的界面滑移现象进行了试验研究.通过追踪冲击封油核心的运动位移,实现了对滑移长度的定量测量.结果表明:在纯滑条件下封油核心并不以卷吸速度运动,而是在盘纯滑时小于卷吸速度、球纯滑时大于卷吸速度,从而说明了滑移发生在玻璃盘表面.对封油核心的运动特征进行分析,得出了油膜界面滑移长度及剪应变率.试验分析表明滑移长度随油膜厚度、初始封油压力和润滑油黏度的增加而增加;随速度的增加而呈现减小趋势.

英文摘要:

Using an optical interferometry system,wall slippage under high pressure conditions was studied experimenally.The slip length can be quantified by tracing the movement of the entrapped dimple core.The experimental results show that the dimple core moved at a speed which was lower than the entrainment speed under disc sliding conditions and larger than that in the case of ball sliding.The experimental observation indicates that the wall slippage occured on the disc surface.The slip length and shear rate can be obtained by analyzing the movement of the dimple core.The measuring results demonstrate that the slip length increased with increasing film thickness,initial dimple core pressure and lubricant viscosity increasing but decreased with increasing entrainment speed.
