建立设计过程与产品知识间的关联,是实现产品设计过程中知识获取的有效途径.引入设计仓库概念,通过建立产品知识模型,以产品结构树为核心组织产品知识,采用人工神经网络技术,根据设计过程中不同阶段的设计要求,设计各阶段的神经网络模型,建立设计过程中不同阶段与其相应的产品结构间的关联关系.以卷板机的总体方案设计过程为例,设计了该阶段的2层结构的BP网络模型,通过对网络进行训练,并对新的设计任务进行预测,验证了该方法的有效性.
An effective approach of knowledge acquirement supporting design process is to establish the relation between design process and product knowledge. Design repository is introduced, and product knowledge model where product knowledge is organized through the product structure tree is designed. The method of artificial neural network is applied, and the models of artificial neural network according to different design phases could be designed on the basis of their design demands, so that the relation between different design phase and corresponding product structure could be established. Finally, the scheme design process of roll plate machine is taken as an example and its BP network model with two layers is designed. By training this network, the new design task is forecasted and the result is satisfactory.
