本文针对实施一体化管理体系的组织的可持续发展能力综合评价特点,建立了可持续发展综合评价体系,给出具体的评价方法、步骤。这种方法是基于集成赋权的递级综合模糊评价,它将多个评价属性分定性和定量两类,对各指标进行量化、一致性和无量纲化处理后,进行基于“功能性”和“差异性”的两次赋权,再分层次评价,最后将评价结果进行逐层合成而得到最终的综合评价值。并通过实例证实了该方法的实用性和科学性。
It is very difficult to give satisfactory comprehensive evaluation on sustainable development of the organization with IMS because of its special characteristic . Based on the fuzzy comprehensive serially evaluation with integrated enduing coefficients, a multiattribute and multi- layer fuzzy evaluation method is proposed, and the sustainable development evaluation index system is built up. The steps of this method are, firstly, all evaluating indexes are divided two parts: qualitative and quantitative items; secondly, each items is standardized; thirdly, a couple of coefficients are endued with“function” and “discrepancy”, and synthesis evaluated compositor is got by integrating each evaluation based on hierachical analysis. Finally, applying the method proposed to evaluating the management case of an enterprise show that it is practical and scientific.
