在厌氧条件下对酵母废水中惰性可溶COD(S)进行了测定,对不同COD浓度废水的可溶性微生物产物(SMP,Sp)的产生量与残余可溶性COD(靠)的相关性进行了研究。当酵母废水初始COD浓度岛在1230.5~6516.3mg/L时,研究发现SI/S0为0.101,Sp/S0硒在0.06-0.09之间;Sp/SR在0.3-0.4之间,SI/SR比值在0.4-0.6之间;随着S0升高,SR、Sp也相应增加,呈一定的线性关系,其关系式分别为SR=0.1556S0+125.34(r=0.9841),Sp=0.0509S0+79.224(r=0.909)。
In this paper, the inert soluble COD(SI) of yeast wastewater during anaerobic biological treatment was determined by a simple method, and relationship between SMP (Sp) quantity, residual soluble COD (SR) was studied; when the initial concentration So of yeast wastewater varide between 1230-6516 mg/L, the ratio of SI/S0 was determined as 0.101,and Sp/S0 ,Sp/SR ,SI/SR values were in the range of 0.06 -0.09, 0.3 -0.4, 0.4-0.6 respectively. The relation between SR and So ,SMP and So were found to be SR =0.1556S0+ 125.34 (r=0.9841) and Sp=0.0509S0+79.224 (r=0.909).
