免疫组织化学（IHC）是病理学诊断、鉴别诊断及特异性分子靶标筛选、鉴定的最重要技术手段之一，也是肿瘤个体化治疗相关靶标检测的基础性平台技术。但自IHC应用以来，尽管已有多种IHC判读标准和方法，但由于分级标准差异大和主观性强以及对IHC结果准确性和精细化要求的提升，现有IHC结果判读标准己不能满足临床工作的需要。为此，该文拟在现有基础上，总结分析一种新的IHC结果判读标准和方法，以期为实现IHC的标准化提供参考。

英文摘要：

Immunohistochemistry （IHC） is one of the most important technology for pathological diagnosis, differential diagnosis, screening and detecting specific molecular target. And now, IHC has become as one tumor individual basic platform technology for detecting the molecular targets of individualized treatment. From then on, though, many IHC scoring standards and methods have been applied, but because of the large differences among of them, and the strong subjectivity in scoring, and while with the improvement of accuracy and refinement requirements of IHC results. So the current IHC grading standards can not able to meet the needs of individualized treatment. Therefore, in this paper, on the basis of the current IHC grading standards, a new scoring standard and method of IHC results was introduced to promote the development of IHC standard.
