员工人力资本、社会资本及心理资本与员工绩效的关系受到研究者的关注。运用效用分析法。通过实地调查的两类363份样本,研究结果发现:员工的人力资本、社会资本和心理资本都与员工绩效正相关,但是只有社会资本、心理资本与员工工作态度正相关。与人力资本、社会资本相比,员工心理资本对工作态度具有更大的预测作用,对员工绩效的影响小于前者而大于后者。最后,还指出了研究的意义、局限及未来方向。
The relationship of HC, SC, PsyCap and employee performance are widely recognized, but empirical study of the impact difference of above capitals on Employee Performance: Empirical and Attitudes is of no ap- pearance. On the basis of a survey of 396 samples, the paper uses usefulness analysis to probe the above ques- tion. The results show: employee's HC, SC and PsyCap are positively correlated with employee performance, but only SC and PsyCap positively correlated with employee attitudes; Compared with HC and SC, PsyCap can better predict employee attitudes, the impact of PsyCap on employee performance are larger than SC, and smaller than HC. Practical implication, limitation and further study conclude the article.
