基于云南省昆明市气象资料，采用FAO推荐的Penman公式计算参考作物蒸发蒸腾量（ETo），结合降水资料，探讨云南省气候干旱的原因，分析气候变化对云南省昆明地区ETo变化的影响。结果表明，2001--2010年，特别是2009年以来，降雨量减少趋势明显，同时ETo受气候因素的影响显著，云南省昆明地区气候干旱特征明显。

英文摘要：

ET0 of the Kunming in Yunnan province was calculated by the Penman formula based on the me- teorological data. The reasons of climate drought were discussed and the influences of climate change on ETo were analysed according to ETo and precipitation data. The results showed that from 2001 to 2010, especially since 2009, the rainfall decreased obviously, and ETo increased significantly due to climatic fac- tors. The characteristics of climate drought in Kunming were obvious.
