以黑河中游盈科灌区为例,构建基于分式规划的种植结构多目标(作物收益最大和灌水量最小为目标函数)优化模型,同时考虑到灌区可供水量的随机性,将不确定性优化方法中的机会约束规划引入到已建模型中,通过对模型的求解,得到盈科灌区在不同情景下的种植结构方案。构建的模型与得到的规划结果可为盈科灌区和类似灌区作物种植面积优化提供理论依据与决策支持。
Taking Yingke irrigation area, located in the middle of Black River, as an example, this paper developed a planting contig- uration multi-objective programming model based on fractional programming, with the two objectives of maximum economic benefits and smallest irrigation water. Meanwhile, in consideration of the stochastic character of water supply, the chance-constrained pro- gramming was introduced into the developed model. Different pIanting configuration pians under different scenarios were obtained by solving the model. The proposed model and the corresponding results will provide theoretical basis and decision support to Yingke and similar irrigation areas.
