采用毛细管流变仪研究了全同聚1-丁烯(iPB)的流变性能。结果表明:PB在剪切速率为100~1000s^-1时出现剪切变稀现象,iPB熔体为假塑性流体,其非牛顿指数随温度的升高而逐渐降低。
The rheological properties of isotactic poly(1-butene)(iPB) were studied by means of capillary rheometer. iPB melt presenting shear thinning at the shear rate (γ) of 100-1 000 s^-1 indicates that iPB melt is pseudoplastic fluid whose non-Newtonian index decreases with the rise of the temperature.The relationship between apparent viscosity(ηa) of iPB and temperature accords with Arrhenius equation. The dependence of ηa on temperature is remarkable at low T, whereas the dependence is slight at high T.
