考察了Mult-920成核剂对聚丁烯-1热塑性弹性体(PB-TPE)物理力学性能的影响,并借助于偏光显微镜(POM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对PB-TPE的结晶形态和结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明,随着成核剂用量的增加,PB-TPE的晶体形态呈均一化,晶粒细化且数目增多;成核剂的加入导致了PB-TPE结晶温度和结晶度的提高;在自制的PB-TPE中添加1质量份数的Mult-920时,能获得最佳的力学性能。此外,通过添加1质量份数成核剂,PB-TPE的拉伸性能稳定时间由原来的10d左右缩短到4d~5d左右,表明该成核剂确实能加快晶型Ⅱ转变为晶型I的速率。
The effect of Mult-920 nucleating agent on crystal morphology,crystallization behavior and mechanica1 properties of PB-TPE was investigated through polarizing microscope (POM),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and mechanical properties testing.The results show that with the increase of nucleating agent content,the crystal morphology of PB-TPE becomes uniform and the number of grains increases; the addition of nucleating agent increases the crystallization temperature and crystallinity of PB-TPE,best mechanical properties of PF can be obtained with one weight percent of Mult-920.Meanwhile,the stable time of tensile property shorts from about 10 days to 4~5 days,the rate of crystal form Ⅱ transformed to crystal form I can be accelerated with the addition of Mult920.
