为全面了解和掌握厦门市集美区生产基地的蔬菜农药残留状况,对2012—2014年厦门市集美区生产基地6大类蔬菜的52种农药残留进行检测分析,并通过食品安全指数模型与风险系数模型对检出农药分别开展了暴露风险评估和预警风险评估.结果显示,集美区生产基地蔬菜的农药残留污染状况易受时令季节的影响,不同种类蔬菜农药残留检出率大小表现为:茄果类〉叶菜类〉瓜类〉豆类〉根茎类〉其他类;所检测的52种农药中有22种农药被检出,3种农药超标.风险评估结果表明,3年中各种农药对消费者健康的整体危害程度都处于低风险,总体上厦门市集美区生产基地蔬菜农药残留状况较好.

Pesticide residues in different species of vegetable were analyzed in order to investigate the current status in the production bases of Jimei district,Xiamen from 2012 to 2014. Food safety index model and risk index model were both applied to estimate the detection of pesticide. The results showed that the status of pesticide residue in vegetables was affected by seasonal variation. The detectable rate of pesticide residue in different species of vegetable from higher to lower was as following: eggplant like vegetables,leafy vegetables,melon like vegetables,bean like vegetables,tuber like vegetables and other vegetables. Among52 monitored pesticides,22 were detected from vegetable samples,and 3 were excessive. The results indicated that in the past three years,each kind of pesticides to the overall damage on the health of consumers was at low risk level and the status of pesticide residue in vegetables of the production bases of Jimei district was generally at a good condition.
