针对激光瞬态散斑测量中所应用到的单脉冲、双脉冲激光光源,研制了基于AT89C51单片机的激光瞬态测量用光源的脉冲发生器。该发生器采用了内等待和外触发两种方式,针对所用Q开关及其驱动电路的特性,设计了延迟环节,使能产生由于内部延时等待,外部信号触发两种方式所产生的微秒级直至秒级的脉冲。
In this paper the solid state laser trigger based on AT89C51 MCU is developed used for single or double pulse laser light source, which is used in laser transient speckle - shearing measurement. Inner waiting and outer triggering are adopted in this trigger. According to the characters of Q - switch and drive circuit used in the trigger, the delaying link is designed to generate second grade to microsecond grade pulse by inner delaying waiting and outer signal triggering.
