中国是能源消费和碳排放大国,促进能源节约对减少能源消费和碳排放具有重要战略意义。节能减排目标的实现离不开个人的积极参与,特别是对企业来说,个体员工是重要的节能主体,他们的参与对企业节能至关重要。但是,现有文献对员工在企业的节能行为机理研究关注较少。为了揭示影响员工节能的关键因素,本文以办公楼知识型员工为例,基于心理所有权理论,结合计划行为理论,建立理论模型,采取问卷调查收集数据,利用偏最小二乘路径建模方法分析数据,验证了研究模型。结果表明:对组织的心理所有权和主观规范通过影响节能态度间接影响员工节能意愿;节能态度和感知行为控制正向影响员工节能意愿。
China is a huge energy-consuming and carbon-emission country.Promoting energy saving is crucial for reducing energy consumption and carbon emission.The realization of energy saving target needs individuals' participation.Especially,for companies,employees constitute an important target group of energy saving,and their participation is crucial for company's energy saving.However,the current literature largely ignores to study employee energy saving in organizations.In order to explore key factors influencing employee energy saving in organizations,taking knowledge workers as example,we build a research model,based on psychological ownership theory and theory of planned behavior.Survey method was used to collect data,and partial least square path modeling method was used to analyze the collected data.Results show that: both psychological ownership of the organization and subjective norm indirectly influence employee energy saving intention through energy saving attitude,energy saving attitude and perceived behavior control positively influence energy saving intention.
