在不同钢纤维体积掺量下,研究活性粉末混凝土(RPC)抗压、抗折强度以及延性变化规律,分析钢纤维对RPC抗压强度尺寸效应的影响,并探讨了RPC抗压强度在3种养护方式下的相互关系。试验结果表明:钢纤维体积掺量在1.5%-2.5%变化时,抗压强度提升明显;在0.5%-1.5%和2.5%-3.5%变化时,抗折强度提升明显;钢纤维体积掺量超过2.5%后,对RPC延性影响不显著。钢纤维体积掺量越大,RPC抗压强度尺寸效应越不明显。标准养护7、28 d的RPC抗压强度比值在0.65左右,90℃蒸养1 d与标准养护28 d的抗压强度基本持平。
Under different steel fiber volume content,the compressive strength,flexural strength and ductility of reactive powder concrete(RPC) were studied.The influence of steel fiber on size effect of RPC's compressive strength was analyzed,and the relationship of RPC's compressive strength under three kinds of maintenance mode was discussed. The test results showthat the compressive strength increases significantly when the steel fiber volume content changed from 1.5% to 2.5%,and from 0.5% to 1.5% and 2.5%~3.5%,the flexural strength improves significantly. The effect of the ductility isn't significant when the steel fiber volume content is more than 2.5%.The size effect of compressive strength is less obvious under larger steel fiber volume content. The ratio of RPC's compressive strength under standard curing 7 d and 28 d is about 0.65. The compressive strength under 90 ℃ steam curing 1 d and standard curing 28 d is little changed.
