由于其节锥距很大,常规方法加工长锥距弧齿锥齿轮需要大规格的机床及铣刀盘,难度较大。利用齿面接触区预控技术,设计齿轮副的加工参数,精确建立齿轮副的三维模型,模拟被加工齿面的接触状况。利用卧式加工中心,规划数控加工程序,进行长锥距弧齿锥齿轮的加工试验。结果表明,设计合理的加工参数,规划数控加工程序,在卧式加工中心上可以实现长锥距弧齿锥齿轮的加工。
