In this paper, conceptual information retrieval is extended to topic-Oriented retrieval, and a topic-Oriented retrieval model proposed for intelligent retrieval. The formal descriptions of the semantic network of concept and topic oriented are proposed, with conceptual semantic network, synonymic and semantic relevant topics are extended and intelligent retrieval will accomplished. Meanwhile, a search engine of intelligent enterprise domain based on topic is established.
