以木质碎料、砂以及水泥为原料,采用振捣工艺制备了水泥基木质碎料复合材料,并对其力学性能及路用性能开展了试验研究。试验结果表明:所制备的试件抗折强度在1.5 MPa左右,抗压强度大于3.5 MPa;经过20次干湿循环后,抗压强度、抗折强度仍达28 d标准养护条件下试件力学强度的80%以上,并具有良好的抗滑性能和抗冲击性能。
Cement-bonded wood particle composite was prepared by using wood particle,sand and cement as raw materials,and the mechanical properties and road performances of cement-bonded wood particle composite were researched.The results show that the prepared specimen has the following properties:the flexural strength of above1.5 MPa,the compressive strength of above 3.5 MPa;after 20 cycles of wetting and drying,the compressive strength and flexural strength can still reach more than 80% of under the 28 d of standard curing condition;with good properties of skid resistance and impact resistance.
