为充分利用废弃木质碎料,保护生态环境,以水泥为胶凝材料,木质碎料为增强基体,木质碎料与砂子的比例为1:3,制备水泥基砌决。文章对该砌块的力学性能进行测试和分析,结果表明:随着养护龄期的增长,各配合比下的试件的抗压强度整体呈上升趋势。当灰集比一致的情况下,木质碎料与砂的比例为1:1时,水灰比只有达到1.4:1,试件强度才有较大幅度的提高。无机胶凝材料组中A-3-2、A-3-3、B-3-3、C-3-3力学强度较好,7d抗压强度和抗折强度可达1.69MPa、1.66MPa,28d抗压强度和抗折强度可达3.11MPa、1.85MPa。在研究中发现,无机木质碎料道路铺装材料对潮湿的环境较为敏感。该研究可为废弃木质碎料作为水泥基木质碎料道路铺装材料的研究与生产提供参考。
The use of waste wood is conducive to the protection of the ecological environment.Using cement as cementitious material, sawdust reinforced matrix, sawdust and sand ratio of 1:3, the preparation of cement block, test and analysis of the mechanical properties of the block, the results show that:with the increase of age, the compressive strength of the specimens under the condition of the mixing ratio is increasing.When cement and aggregate ratio of the same circumstances, wood dust and sand ratio of 1:1, water cement ratio is only reached 1.4:1, the strength of the specimen is greatly improved.The mechanical strength of A-3-2, B-3-3, A-3-3 and C-3-3 in the inorganic cementitious materials is better, 7 days compressive strength and flexural strength of up to 1.69 MPa, 1.66 MPa, 28 days compressive strength and flexural strength of up to 3.11 MPa, 1.85 MPa.In the research,the pavement material of inorganic wood material is found to be sensitive to the humidity.This research can provide reference for the research and production of waste wood sawdust as the paving material of cement based materials.
