利用化学还原法在化学沉淀法制备的CoFe2O4超细粉表面包覆了一层无定形B-co合金,得到B-Co/CoFe2O4复合材料,研究了2~18GHz频率范围内复磁导率和复介电常数的变化。反射损耗计算表明,通过无定形B-Co合金包覆,CoFe2O4超细粉的微波损耗特性得到了很大的增强。B-Co/CoFe2O4复合材料的最大损耗频率和最大损耗峰数可以由材料的厚度来达到可控调节。
Amorphous B-Co alloy has been successfully coated on the co-precipitation synthesized CoFe2O4 fine particles by chemical reduction. The complex permeability and complex permittivity of the prepared samples have been investigated in the frequency range of 2-18GHz. The theoretical calculation of reflection loss interprets that attenuation property was greatly enhanced when CoFe2O4 was coated with B-Co alloy and the attenuation peak frequency and peak number can be manipulated simply by changing the thickness of the material.
