采用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂对羰基铁粉94RC进行表面包覆改性,制备了不同厚度的改性羰基铁粉-氯丁橡胶复合薄膜。实验表明,单层复合薄膜厚度为1.58mm、面密度为3.30kg/m^2时,吸收率超过-8dB的合格带宽达到5.2GHz,增加单层膜的厚度,可以使最大吸收峰值向高频移动,并使吸收频带增宽。根据电磁波传播特性和阻抗匹配原理设计并制备了由透波层、过渡吸收层、强磁损耗层组成的厚度0.64mm、面密度0.71kg/m^2的3层复合薄膜,其最大吸收率为-13.45dB,吸收率超过-8dB的合格带宽5.51GHz.
Preparation microwave absorbing composite films in different thickness. The composite films were made up of polychloroprene and carbonyl iron powder 94RC which was modified by vinyltrimethoxysilane. The experiments showed that, with thickness of 1.58mm and coating density of 3.30kg/m^2 , the frequency width with reflectivity under -8dB reached 5.2GHz of the whole frequency range. With the increase in the depth of the film,the absorption peak shifts to higher frequency and the absorption band becomes wider. According to resistance matching principle and electromagnetic spreading regulation, a three-layer film of transparent layer, transition absorption layer and significant magnetic absorption layer was designed. With thickness of 0.64mm and coating density of 0.71kg/m^2 ,the minimum reflectivity of the three-layer film was -13.45dB,and the frequency width with reflectivity under -SdB reached 5.51GHz of the whole frequency range.
