目的 观察前列地尔加银杏叶片治疗脑梗死的疗效.方法 110例脑梗死患者以随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各55例.在常规处理基础上,对照组静滴血塞通注射液,观察组静滴前列地尔注射液、口服银杏叶片.对比两组疗效、神经功能缺损程度评分和ADL评分.结果 观察组总有效率85.45％,高于对照组的70.91％;观察组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组、ADL评分显著高于对照组（P均＜0.05）.结论 前列地尔联合银杏叶片治疗脑梗死疗效较好.

英文摘要：

Objective：To research the effect of the alprostadil combined with ginkgo tablet treated cerebral infarction.Methods：110 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 55 patients each.The control group was treated with intravenous drip of Xuesaitong Injection.The observation group was treated with intravenous drip of alprostadil injection and oral ginkgo tablet.These indices were compared between 2 groups such as the clinical efficacy,thenervous function defect score and the ADL score.Results：The total efficiency rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （85.45％ vs 70.91％）.Meanwhile,the nervous function defect score in the observation group after treatment was obviously lower than that in the control group.However,the ADL score in the observation group after treatment was remarkably higher than that in the control group （all P＜0.05）.Conclusion：It is effective of the alprostadil combined with ginkgo treated cerebral infarction.
