利用极坐标系下的永磁同步电机(PMSM)模型,提出基于跟踪微分算法的极坐标系永磁同步电机转子状态观测方法.该观测方法采用跟踪微分算法对电流的极坐标分量进行处理,得到2个电流分量的微分,从电机模型中提取出转子位置信息和转速信息.通过理论分析表明,电机参数的变化对该观测方法所得结果的影响非常小.搭建了永磁同步电机矢量控制系统的实验平台,实验结果验证了该方法在电机稳态运行和转速波动的情况下都能够准确地估算出转子的位置和转速.
A method to estimate the rotor state of permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) in polar coordinates was presented based on the tracking-differential algorithm. The tracking-differentiator was used to deal with the two polar components of line current, from which good approximation of the differentiations can be obtained. Then PMSM rotor position and speed were estimated in decoupled manner. The theoretical analysis shows that PMSM parameter uncertainties can hardly affect the estimation results. A PMSM vector control system was built for verification. Results confirmed good performance in both steady state and dynamic situation.
