采用线性极化、电化学阻抗谱和法拉第定律相结合的方法,利用FPGA、STM32、DDS信号发生器、恒电位仪、三电极系统,设计了一种包括双通道同步高速采集电路、电子标签和U盘的准确计算石油管道内壁腐蚀速度的仪器,系统采用数字相关积分算法来计算阻抗谱的幅值和相位,电路中双通道低通滤波器提高了系统的信噪比,实现了高精度阻抗测试。测试仪通过GPRS实现与远端监控系统实时数据传输。通过对比试验,该仪器与CHI660D的测量结果基本一致,腐蚀速度测量范围为1×10^-4~50 mm/a。
By means of linear polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Faraday's law, an instrument for pre- cisely calculating petroleum pipeline internal corrosion rate based on STM32 and FPGA was designed in this paper. It included a direct digital signal synthesizer, dual channel synchronic high-speed data acquisitions circuit, electronic tags and U disk. The dig- ital correlation algorithm was applied to calculate amplitude and phase of the impedance spectroscopy, and the hi-channel low- pass filters were integrated in circuit to improve the signal to noise ratio and get precisely impedance spectroscopy, while instru- ment transmitted data to monitoring system by GPRS. Through comparative experiment, the measurement result of this instrument is similar to that of CHI660D, and the corrosion rate measurement range is 1×10^-4~ 50 mm/a.
