In order to avoid sunburn of bagging Fuji apple fruit by removing bag at proper time based on weather forecasting, Bagging ＇Fuji＇ apples were used to study the relationship between coloration course and antioxidant ability of fruits after bag removing. The result showed that bagging fruit started accumulating anthocyanin, appearing red color and increasing antioxidant ability in the skin two days after bag removing. However, it was necessary for the fruits to have three days after bag removing to increase anthocyanin and antioxidant ability greatly enough to avoid sunburn when they met frost and strong sunlight. It was suggested that Fuji apple farmers should remove bags at proper time based on weather forecasting to avoid frost within at least three days after bag removing in China.
