以马来酸(MAc)和丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为单体,采用水相聚合方法制备了齐聚物(c0MM),并用红外光谱(FT-IR)验证,产物是一种新型的棉织物无甲醛抗皱整理剂.详细地研究了反应条件对齐聚物转化率和抗皱效果的影响.结果表明:在n(MAc):n(MA)=8:2、105℃反应4.5h、w(引发剂)=15%(对单体总质量)时,单体转化率达到94%;用它整理后棉织物的折皱回复角(WRA)达到248°,提高率为127.5%,优于常用的改性2D树脂.
A oligomer (COMM) of maleic acid (MAc) and methylacrylate (MA) was synthesized by aqueous copolymerization and the product was confirmed by FT-IR spectrum. The product can be used as a novel nonformaldehyde crease-resist finishing agent for cotton fabric. The effect of the reaction conditions on the conversion of the monomer and the crease-resistantance of the cotton fabrics was studied in detail. The result indicated that the optimal conditions were MAc:MA=8:2 (n/n), reaction temperature 105 ℃, reaction time 4.5 h and initiator/total monomers=15% (m/m). The total monomer conversion was 94%, and the wrinkle recovery angle (WRA) of the cotton fabric treated by COMM was as high as 248°, enhanced by 127.5%, which was better than modified 2D resin currently used in the textile industry to produce easy-care cotton fabrics.
