通过细菌的分离培养和16S rDNA序列分析的方法,对青藏高原的小冬克玛底冰川、玉珠峰冰川和煤矿冰川雪中的可培养细菌数量和多样性进行了研究.结果表明:小冬克玛底冰川、玉珠峰冰川和煤矿冰川雪中的可培养细菌数量依次为18.54,35.52和58.07 CFU.mL-1.恢复出的细菌具有丰富的多样性,隶属于Bacteroidetes,Actinobacteria,Firmicutes和α,β,γ-Proteobacteria等6个类群.与青藏高原、南北极冰雪中微生物的比较分析发现Agrococcus,Zoogloea和Pedobacter属细菌是玉珠峰冰川和煤矿冰川的特殊微生物类群.
Abundance and species diversity of culturable bacteria were investigated respectively by the culture method and the analysis of 16SrDNA genes,with snow samples from Xiao-Dongkemadi Glacier,Yuzhufeng Glacier and Meikuang Glacier in the Tibetan Plateau.The results show that the CFU value of these three glaciers are 18.54 CFU·mL-1,35.52 CFU ·mL-1 and 58.07 CFU ·mL-1,respectively.The culturable bacterial species diversity in three glaciers is very abundant.The 16S rDNA genes of culturable bacteria belong to the...
