利用改进铁氧体法,石灰乳做中和剂,试验研究了不同FeCl_3/FeSO_4初始浓度、pH值、FeCl_3及FeSO_4加入量(Fe~(3+)/M~(n+)比值)、温度、反应时间等条件下,城市污泥用乙酸——双氧水淋溶浸出液中镉和铅去除率。结果表明,在pH为9、反应温度为室温、反应时间为1h、FeCl_3和FeSO_4初始浓度分别为0.1,0.05mol·L~(-1),Fe~(3+)/Cd~(2+)=10的最佳工艺条件下,镉去除率为89%;浸出后的液体镉含量达到安全排放标准。
Using improved ferrite way and lime milk as netralization,cadmium removal from sewage sludg extract fluid by acetic acid-H_2O_2 in various conditions of different initial concentrations of FeCl_3 /FeSO_4,pH values,FeCl_3 -FeSO_4 adding volumes,temperature, reaction times was researched.The result was obtained that removal of cadmium was 89%and the resideual extract fluid could be dicharged legally in the process conditions that the initial concentrations of FeCl_3 /FeSO_4 was 0.10,0.05mol·L~(-1),and the FeCl_3/FeSO_4 adding volume Fe~(2+):Fe~(3+)(mol value) = 1:2,and Fe~(3+)/Cd~(2+) =10,the pH value was 9,temperature was ordinary temperature, the reaction time was 1h.
