在分析影响再生骨支架内部微观结构性能因素的基础上,构建了支架内部结构性能的综合评价指标体系。根据各项评价指标对支架的生物活性、力学强度、降解速度等性能的影响程度,建立支架内部结构性能的层次分析模型;基于层次分析法(AHP)理论和计算方法,确定各项评价指标在内部结构性能综合评价中的权重值。基于灰色关联度分析的评价理论,构建支架内部结构性能的综合评价模型;计算各项评价指标的灰色关联度值,以此综合评判支架内部结构性能的优劣,保证再生骨支架具有良好的生物活性、较好的力学性能以及均衡的降解速度。
According to factors influencing the inner microstructure performance of a regenerative bone scaffold,an evaluation index system of inner microstructure of the scaffold was constructed.Every evaluation index influencing bioactivity,biomechanical strength and degradation rate of scaffold was analyzed,and an analytic hierarchy model of inner microstructure performance of scaffold was set up.The weight value of every evaluation index was calculated based on the theory of AHP.An integrated evaluation model of inner microstructure performance of the regenerative bone scaffold was constructed based on the theory of gray relation grade,and the gray relation value of every evaluation index was calculated to synthetically evaluate inner microstructure performance of the scaffold.The regenerative bone scaffold evaluated with this method has good bioactivity,better mechanical properties and uniform degradation rate.
